Donald Ray Broughton

Donald Ray Broughton, age 71 of the Gest Community of Pleasureville, passed away September 12, 2020 at his residence . He was born August 28, 1949 in Shelbyville, and was the son of the late Robert Broughton and Tracy Coppersmith Broughton. He was a retired Lock and Dam Operator for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Survivors are his wife: Kathy Broughton of Gest; his daughter: Tonya Broughton of Gest; a brother: Darrell Broughton of Gest; and one grandchild: Tiffany Tipton. He is preceded in death by a daughter, Kristie Tipton.
