Frances James

Frances James, 83, of Louisville Frances James, 83, of Louisville, passed away Monday, July 16, 2012 at her home. She was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church, retired from Brown Foreman, member of the Eastern Star. Frances was an avid U of K and NASCAR fan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester James. Survivors include her sister, Kathleen Denner; nephews, Robert Harris and Garnett Kelly; nieces, Wanda Yost Brewer, Dora Carman, Dalla Peterola, and Judy Giddens; and caregiver, Diane Patton. Her funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Sholar Funeral Home, 5710 Castle Hwy Pleasureville, KY with visitation from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. Saturday. Burial in Pleasureville Cemetery. Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Friday at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation services, Okolona. Memorial contributions can be made to D.A.V. or Gethsemane Baptist Church.
