Lowell Glenn Watson

Lowell Glenn Watson, age 81, of Smithfield, passed away on Monday, October 18, 2021 at Norton Brownsboro Hospital. He was born July 9, 1940 to the late Jesse Watson and Sylvia Mae Bray Watson. He was a farmer and worked at Sholar Funeral Home for many years.

He is survived by his wife: Pattie Goranflo Watson of Smithfield; one son: Lowell Thomas Watson (Svjetlana) of Charlestown, Indiana; one step-son: Robbie Wade of Owensboro and two grandchildren: Sophia Caroline Watson and Thomas Mitchell Watson.

He was proceeded in death by his previous wife: Caroline Watson and two brothers: George Watson and Joseph Watson.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, October 21, 2021 at Sholar Funeral Home of Pleasureville. Rev. Carl Leslie Rucker will officiate. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 20, 2021 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. and 10 a.m. until time of the service on Thursday, October 21, 2021.

Honorary pallbearers: Roger Taylor, Paul Baxter, Larry Congleton, Philip Martin, Jerry Mesker, Neil Mesker and Tom Moock. Active pallbearers: Mitchell Dunavan, Chris Raisor, Jimmy Pollard, Joseph Rucker, James Cirillo and Danny Ellis.
