Richie Todd LeCompte

Richie Todd LeCompte, Age 59 of Lockport, passed away on Monday, January 5, 2026, at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center. Born on Wednesday, December 7, 1966, he was the son of Charles Francis and Helen Mae (Arnold) LeCompte, with whom he loved and cherished. A graduate of Western Hills High School, Richie worked various jobs throughout his life in the construction industry. A man of faith, he attended Lockport Baptist Church. Richie enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding four wheelers on the farm. Never meeting a stranger, his larger-than-life personality lit up a room, and his many friends and family will cherish the many memories and endless laughs enjoyed with him. His big heart and giving attitude extended his earthly life as an organ donor.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Jeana Bramblett (Jody) of Pleasureville; brothers, Chuck LeCompte (Tara) of Frankfort, and Denny LeCompte of Frankfort; eight nieces and nephews; 16 great nieces and nephews; and uncles, Donald Ray Arnold and Owen Carroll Arnold of Lockport.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2 PM on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at Beckley Funeral Home with Reverend Paul Briscoe Officiating and Pastor Sandy Powell Assisting. Interment will follow in the Pleasureville Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10 AM until the time of service on Sunday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lockport Baptist Church Building Fund or to the Donate Life Kentucky Trust.
